Meet Megan

The Hungry Bookworm was the recipient of the Unique Blogger Award in June 2018. Thank you to all of my readers who voted in support of what I do here!

Hi, I’m Megan. I love reading and eating  – Rory Gilmore is my spirit animal. I also like writing, so here we are.

I’m a member of two regularly-meeting book clubs and one sporadically-meeting book club. I am a huge fan of libraries. My to-read list is way too long.

As for food, I’ve always loved eating and trying new foods. I gave culinary school a try but ultimately decided I preferred cooking for fun. When I’m not cooking at home, I’m usually out trying something new at a restaurant.

“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well if one has not dined well.” – Virginia Woolf

A very special thank you to my friend Liz for creating the hungry bookworm logo!

Imagine my surprise when I chanced upon your blog! I thought I was one of the only ones blogging about fictional food recipes AND reviewing books, but I’m glad I found at least one other person who’s doing this as well 🙂 Congratulations on getting the Unique Blogger Award!
